Customer Service Expert
At Trust People, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for guiding and educating customers to give them proactive assistance as they onboard and configure our cloud-based customer service software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects to a timeline, based on the scope provided, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain product expertise across the product line.
- Collaborate in establishing world-class customer service policies, processes, and standards.
- Provide business consultation for customers, capture the business problem, and configure their platform to meet and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least +3 years experience with SaaS product implementation process and infrastructure requirements, professional consulting experience, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills.
What We Offer:
- Base salary according to experience: $40,000 - $60,000 gross.
