Job Title: Compressor Sales Manager Mexico

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compressor Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting our compressor units in the Mexican market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for compressor units in the Mexican market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including oil and gas companies, engineering firms, and contractors.
  • Utilize your mechanical engineering expertise and comprehensive knowledge of compressors to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of our compressor units.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitors' activities, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and successful product delivery.
  • Be available for travel to meet customers, attend industry conferences, conduct trainings, and participate in site walkdowns to understand customer needs and foster strong relationships.
  • Use the CRM of the company to register the leads and potential opportunities including forecasts, sales pipelines, and market analysis, to provide insights and updates to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in compressor technology, industry regulations, and market trends through self-learning, attending seminars, and participating in training programs.
  • Responsibility to comply and/or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Availability to travel for meetings, trainings, site walkdown, and customer negotiation.
  • Professional experience (5 years) in the Compression business.
  • Technical knowledge of Oil and Gas Process.
  • English at a professional working proficiency level.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
