About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Iss Group Holdings Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Mexico region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives and projects
  • Provide sales support and guidance to account managers and other sales teams

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of the Mexican market and culture
