About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Iss Group Holdings Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Mexico region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives and projects
- Provide sales support and guidance to account managers and other sales teams
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of the Mexican market and culture
