**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, monitor, and ensure the delivery of a comprehensive set of performance metrics that are relevant to the HR Shared Services operational model.
- Lead a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver an accurate and timely service to the broader HR team, and to continually drive for improvements in the team's performance.
- Provide management planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing employee relations data and trends.
- Maintain organization positive legal status by reviewing internal actions and external responses; composing, supplying, and maintaining documentation; adhering to government regulations.
- Maintain harmonious work atmosphere by developing employee, labor, and management relationships.
