Role Responsibilities

  • Analyze new business opportunities thoroughly to provide clients with the best market options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure shipments from clients' portfolios for new routes.
  • Team up with the Sourcing Team to secure the most competitive rates in the market.
  • Conduct productive onboarding meetings with operations, sourcing, and commercial teams to align requirements for new accounts.
  • Generate quick and effective quotes to enhance the possibility of winning shipments.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales roles within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Familiarity with the American market, excellent negotiation skills, and strong analytics capabilities.
  • Empowered and determined to make assertive confrontations when necessary, particularly when liaising with internal teams to clarify and follow up on requests to ensure results.
  • Proficient organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (business level non-negotiable).
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
