Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Customer Success Director. This role plays a pivotal part in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with customers to understand their core business and product usage, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and promote long-term retention.
- EFFECTIVE ONBOARDING OF NEW CUSTOMERS, providing them with the necessary training and resources. Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive training programs tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and products, educating customers on the most relevant features and functionalities aligning with their business needs.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor. Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive guidance on how our solutions can address their challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues, feedback, and escalations. Advocate for customers internally, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on how to serve our customers better.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Understanding of the payment industry and the ability to align product features with customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to speak Spanish and English fluently.
