Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at Schreiber Foods. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, including receiving and tracking purchase orders, coordinating transportation, and maintaining open communication.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints and returns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize transportation, reduce costs, and streamline delivery processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide sales managers with critical information on deliveries, costs, and meetings to inform business decisions.
  • Quality Control: Coordinate with quality teams to prepare samples for shipment to clients.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct regular satisfaction surveys to gauge customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
