Digital Customer Engagement Manager

About the Role:
The Digital Customer Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless adoption of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition solution by customers through a modern digital engagement delivery model. This involves working closely with the Business Intelligence Office and Regions to improve and evolve our engagement model in alignment with the Global Customer Engagement (GCE) Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of PC3 strategy and processes, including interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create assets and communications that support the PC3 strategy and multiple initiatives.
- Proactively communicate key events and milestones to PC3 regional managers.
- Contribute to creative initiatives that support customer satisfaction ambitions.
- Maintain collaboration models with key interfaces.
Requirements:
- Excellent process setup and business setup skills.
- Strong understanding of customer-facing processes.
- Ability to combine knowledge with deep business analysis to ensure success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
