About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts for our BASES solutions among existing clients as well as new client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Commercial Plan Development: Develop and execute commercial plans to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and develop and execute sales strategies to meet client needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in CPG sales or market research with a strong acumen towards consultative selling.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sales processes in CPG companies, customers, modern and traditional markets, as well as digital knowledge and Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce.
  • Skills: Excellent business English, both verbal and written, excellent problem-solving skills, solution-oriented, and good analytical skills, very good client-facing and communication/presentation skills, financial understanding, and strong collaboration and networking skills.
