Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to join our team at Infosys. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud Financials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, including Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Global Intercompany, Cash Management, and Taxes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial systems and processes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs, using Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and other technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Participate in production support projects, including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high-severity issues within SLA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance.
  • Full bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Cloud version of Oracle Financials.
  • Experience participating in production support projects, including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high-severity issues within SLA.
  • Nice to have: experience with FAH and PPM.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating with business and other teams on issues, enhancements, and projects.
  • Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to clients.
