Job Summary

Charger Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager - Logistics Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with clients to understand their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Service Delivery and Optimization: Ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics services that meet or exceed client expectations, staying informed about industry trends and market conditions.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to support strategic decision-making, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales, service levels, and client feedback, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and service issues.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent English: A must for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree: In business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in logistics operations and industry trends.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry, with a proven ability to manage key accounts and drive business growth.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Education and Training: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and participate in international training programs.
