About the Role

As a Customer Success Representative at Moove, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, provide product insights, and contribute to the overall growth of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor drivers' performance and provide actionable insights to improve their experience.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with drivers to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
  • Support drivers in resolving issues while they are in transit, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls from drivers, providing timely and effective support.
  • Make outbound calls to drivers to proactively address their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct driver surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile data from driver surveys to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensure accountability for all Moove vehicles, adhering to company rules and regulations.
  • Provide drivers with accurate and timely information, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 1-year experience in customer care/support roles.
  • Experience in the transportation industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel).
  • Ability to manage people and drive results.
