Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Promote Project. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing day-to-day customer requests via our ticket system and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Own customer problems until they are resolved, escalating technical issues to our product team when necessary.
- Manage customer relationships and build trust through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Report on customer activity and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of web3 culture and the NFT market.
- Deep understanding of customer experience and relationship-building principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
