We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Promote Project. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing day-to-day customer requests via our ticket system and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Own customer problems until they are resolved, escalating technical issues to our product team when necessary.
  • Manage customer relationships and build trust through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Report on customer activity and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of web3 culture and the NFT market.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience and relationship-building principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
