Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at CommScope. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Energetically support our field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and lead them to completion.
- Qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem.
- Use CommScope's internal resources to meet customer expectations, including product expediting, pricing, and technical support.
- Manage opportunities and use CRM for account planning.
- Implement the CommScope Sales Methodology and follow up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools.
- Complete call-out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients, overcome objections, and develop sales opportunities.
- Maintain and expand our database via D365 and SFDC, and ensure follow-up with calls to action and dates.
- Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.
Requirements
- Proficient in English and Spanish language (written and spoken).
- 6 months previous B2B selling experience in a similar area.
- Sales experience in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Innovation through outstanding ideas and proposal to the team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.
- Experience with data-driven, purposeful coaching.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
