Job Purpose

As a Market Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in new markets, leveraging your expertise to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead the expansion of our ice cream business into new countries, developing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities in LATAM, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Develop and implement governance models for new markets, ensuring effective financial management and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  4. Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, executing need analyses, value proposition definitions, and negotiations with stakeholders.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of the MKT/CD customer market and leverage that knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  6. Work closely with the media team to develop and implement performance marketing strategies, driving business results and customer engagement.
  7. Collaborate with support teams and colleagues to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction across LATAM.

Requirements

Experiences & Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in trade marketing, customer development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of traditional trade, convenience, and drugstore channels.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in Ecommerce, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer engagement.
  3. Business acumen and a deep understanding of consumer needs, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  4. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate powerful insights and breakthrough ideas.
  5. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to pay attention to detail and transform data into action.
  6. Excellent strategic and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  7. Fluency in English (verbal and written).
