Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Unicity. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Train, coach, and develop distributors to increase sales and improve performance
- Propose and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and other stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to overcome challenges
- Bilingual: Spanish and English fluent
- 2+ years of experience in sales role
- American Visa: Turism/Business
- Nice to have: previous experience in MLM companies in Mexico, Bachelor Degree in Business administration, or any other sales/business related
- Flexible work arrangement: 2 days from home and 3 days at the office
- Salary to be defined depending on experience and degrees: range between 30,000 MXN - 40,000 MXN before taxes, plus annual bonuses that can exceed 30% of annual salary depending on sales targets reached
- Flexible schedules according to business needs
- Required to travel
