Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Unicity. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Train, coach, and develop distributors to increase sales and improve performance
  • Propose and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and other stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to overcome challenges
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English fluent
  • 2+ years of experience in sales role
  • American Visa: Turism/Business
  • Nice to have: previous experience in MLM companies in Mexico, Bachelor Degree in Business administration, or any other sales/business related
What We Offer
  • Flexible work arrangement: 2 days from home and 3 days at the office
  • Salary to be defined depending on experience and degrees: range between 30,000 MXN - 40,000 MXN before taxes, plus annual bonuses that can exceed 30% of annual salary depending on sales targets reached
  • Flexible schedules according to business needs
  • Required to travel
