We are a leading debt resolution company seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of inside sales professionals. Our company utilizes a variety of marketing mediums, including radio, television, and internet marketing, to connect with potential clients.

As a Sales Manager at Cero Deuda, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing a high-performing team of sales representatives. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 20-30 inside sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales processes and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment that aligns with the company's vision and mission
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years of leadership experience in a call center environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
