About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Business Development Manager to join our team at AMResorts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving luxury sales efforts and building strong relationships with high-end travel agencies, wholesalers, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize sales and revenue growth in the luxury segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including travel agencies, wholesalers, and distribution channels.
- Represent AMResorts at industry events, trade shows, and road shows to promote our luxury brands and products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports to track sales performance and provide insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as hospitality, sales, or marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury sales, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with high-end partners.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
