Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our customer base
- Establish sales objectives and quotas for regions and territories, and monitor customer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated sales and marketing plans
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and performance indicators
- 15+ years of work experience, with 5-7 years of management experience
- Leadership, problem-solving, talent development, teamwork, and business alignment skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Executive (CSE) certifications
