Customer Service Training Specialist

Allied Collections Services is a fast-growing organization that requires an experienced Trainer to oversee Onboarding and Continuous Developmental Training for agents working with various US-based clients.
The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments and possess previous Call Center Training experience, allowing them to develop and implement effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational efficiency by researching, developing, and implementing comprehensive training materials.
- Evaluate and recommend corrective actions to enhance agent performance.
- Provide coaching, continuous support, and motivation to ensure team success.
- Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office and the Google Documents suite to facilitate efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Prioritized: US Visa holder preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining an excellent attitude.
- Proactive and self-initiated individual with exceptional personal presentation.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in a Call Center environment.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Mastery of verbal and written English language skills at a 95% level.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month and provides opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
