TTI, Inc. is seeking a skilled Resource Support Representative to join our Mexico team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide assistance to internal stakeholders based on established activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with converting customer orders into PDFs and entering orders into Express to generate order numbers for Inside Sales review.
- Confirm items with no actual shortage and identify items with potential shortages for Inside Sales review.
- Maintain accurate records, including ETA of incoming stock, PM Reserve quantities, and approval indicators for supply-constrained parts.
- Expand personal product knowledge to ensure personal growth opportunities.
- Require attention to detail, proofread for accuracy, and maintain quality expectations.
- Utilize all resources, including product literature, suppliers' websites, and TTI University, to expand product knowledge.
- Complete additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 6 months' experience in customer support or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Proven literacy in using application software, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers.
- Be extremely inquisitive and a quick learner.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to build effective working relationships.
