Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to manage a team of sales managers and execute business growth strategies to drive volume through new and existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate new revenue sales by zip code through prospecting and adding new business in underserved areas.
  • Manage and grow the existing customer base profit.
  • Create and follow weekly sales routes/plans to maximize district efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate industry-leading products and services to clients.
  • Improve current agent relationships by exceeding expectations.
  • Proactively manage all prospect data in CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bilingual Spanish skills.
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven B2B territory sales experience.
  • Experience managing a team of sales representatives.
  • Experience with retail network supermarkets or Money Transfer trade.
  • Multicultural experience, preferably with Mexico and Guatemala.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to drive up to 90% of the time.
