About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and leading the execution of the Development agenda for Executives in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and support the development strategy for the LATAM ExComm, including the execution of 3 Offsites per year.
  • Collaborate with local SDTs to support a standardized development agenda for OU ́s ExComms.
  • Design and create the strategy to boost LATAM ́s executives development (LG1+) through more personalized development plans and tools.
  • Lead Mentoring and Coaching processes for LATAM.
  • Connect dots between the different Assessments and People Planning processes to generate and propose new ways of leveraging the available data to create a more holistic view of the Talent Development agenda.
  • Lead the High Performance Teams agenda, through Super5 methodology, to accelerate team ́s development across the sector.
  • Develop and manage trainings, as well as the Super5 champions community across LATAM.
  • Train SDTs TM and HRBP Functions in the Core People Processes, so that they understand the strategy, calendar agenda, budget, communication framework, etc. to run accurately and effectively all the Development Strategy.
  • Collaborate directly with the LatAm Talent Analytics team to generate useful insights and proposals, detect the gaps and to leverage the use of new tools that will enable the possibility of elevating the data and making a diagnostic of how we are according to our Talent.
  • Work with other sectors, global and corporate teams to share best practices among the Sectors, to leverage information, tools, projects and experiences to improve the way we do things and become more effective.
  • Support in the decision making in Talent Management/Culture by providing the necessary insights and information of what would be best for the Sector according to each process.
Requirements
  • Experience in design and implementation of development strategies.
  • Strong networking skills with Sr Leaders.
  • Consultative skills - partnering with others to determine appropriate solutions to business needs.
  • Project management - discipline and rigor to ensure processes are followed and initiatives delivered in a timely manner.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; including executive presence and ability to tailor style to audience.
  • Ability to interpret and integrate quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Coaching skills - guidance to clients and recommendations for their business necessity.
  • Having an important knowledge of Talent Analytics.
  • Facilitation skills - small and large group, and executive facilitation.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Creating relevant and significant content according to the different Assessments & Surveys Results for Leaders.
  • Fluent in English (written, oral and listening).
  • Being able to participate in forums with Senior Leaders and sharing relevant feedback or points of view.
