Customer Success Strategist

The Role:
As a Customer Success Strategist at Braintree, you will play a vital part in building lasting relationships with our merchants. Your primary focus will be on ensuring their business success through our services. You will be the main point of contact for our merchants, providing them with expert guidance and support to overcome any challenges they may face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with merchants to understand their business needs and goals.
- Develop and implement customized solutions to help merchants achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may impact merchant success.
- Conduct regular check-ins with merchants to assess their progress and provide ongoing support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our merchants have access to the latest knowledge and tools.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of merchant-facing experience, preferably in account management or sales.
- Experience working with large and complex merchants.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish being a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce.
