We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our dedicated team. This role involves working closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.
The successful candidate will handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and strive to create a positive experience for each customer. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response while aligning to our organizational culture, values, and policies.
The main goal of this role is to provide an excellent experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering or making calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining practical solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
- Building lasting relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that suit client needs better.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but more education or experience may be preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability to build a career within the company.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
- Schedule availability and flexibility.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive monthly salary of $16,000 gross for a medium level of English proficiency. Additionally, we provide 5% food vouchers, 30 days bonus, 15 days of initial vacation, life insurance, free access to our Gym, dynamic and collaborative work environment, cutting-edge tools and technology to make work easier, and free English and French classes.
