About the Role: Svitla Systems is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its rapidly growing sales team in Mexico City. This full-time position (40 hours per week) offers a competitive compensation plan, a clear career path, attainable KPIs, well-defined processes, and a pleasant tech environment that makes daily tasks easier.

Responsibilities:

  • Active prospects' research using tools like LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and other social networking tools and databases to generate leads.
  • Work with the corporate CRM system to develop and maintain prospects.
  • Set up intro meetings for senior business managers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or lead generation.
  • Fluently speak and write in English and Spanish.
  • Sales and results-oriented mindset, outgoing personality, and persistent and proactive.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Related higher education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
