Bighammerwines is a dynamic and growing wine company seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient problem-solving.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of outstanding customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
  • Strong knowledge of the wine industry and its services, with the ability to demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
