Customer Support Specialist Bilingue

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist Bilingue to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in a bilingual environment.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
