Eaton's AER Aerospace Group division is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage business interactions and relationships between customers, operations teams, and other key functions within the organization to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with other Fluid and Electrical Distribution (FED) locations supported by the Customer Service team to ensure a unified approach to customer communication.

• Provide support relative to specific tasks regarding program execution for development, low rate, and full rate production programs to facilitate a smooth transition.

• Develop and implement internal support plans to meet customer delivery and quality performance expectations and requirements.

• Support high-visibility customer engagement teams, program management reviews, and rate readiness reviews as applicable.

• Track high-priority parts through each operation of production and post-production, and elevate concerns to operations management through participation in daily production meetings.

• Collaborate with the Eaton Account Management team to understand all executed contract terms for assigned customers.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferred

• 3-5 years' work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong judgment, logic, resourcefulness, and creativity

• Sound teaming skills

• Basic market analysis tools and techniques

• Computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Office programs and web maintenance systems
