Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in executive assistance and administration
• Ability to work as a team player, be proactive, flexible, and adapt quickly to changes
• Capability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
• Familiarity with technology tools and ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced English Level
• American Visa (current or in the process of renewal)
• Possession of a car for business use
