The Role
As a Circular Economy Services Partner Manager, you will work closely with our Project Management Office and Sustainability Services Organization to develop and maintain strategic partnerships between Lenovo and its partners. Your goal will be to achieve mutual goals through effective, sustainable collaborations aligned with Lenovo's corporate objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee partnership performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate legal and regulatory compliance in partnership agreements.
- Monitor progress and success of partnerships against predefined metrics.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners.
- Develop strategies for partnership growth and integration.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and conduct market research.
- Analyze customer processes and environments to provide circular economy expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo vendors to offer overall solution recommendations.
- Report partnership data to stakeholders.
- Educate customers and internal stakeholders on circular economy services.
- Promote circular economy solutions as a subject matter expert.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business equivalent.
- Experience in project management, product lifecycle management, customer and vendor contracting.
- Electronic product end of life management experience.
- Process improvements across multiple regions within an organization.
- Vendor management and business management system experience.
- Strong analytical skills to produce, leverage, and interpret big data sets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- 5+ years' experience in solution development, contract creation and negotiation, business development, project management, and/or services operations.
Location: Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
