Nova Steel Inc is seeking a seasoned professional to join their sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. This full-time position will be based at the Stoney Creek location and requires 100% onsite work.

With an array of products and services including automotive slit coil, pickling, cut-to-length and blanking slit coil for stamping, automotive tube, tubular parts, and more, we have gained over 40 years of expertise in steel processing, manufacturing, and distribution.
We take pride in being easy to work with and continuously adapting ourselves to the ever-evolving business world. Due to strong growth, our sales department is adding this Inside Sales Representative to the team.
Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:- Develop, service, and grow the Midwest USA region as a Business Development/Regional Account Manager.
- Leverage established business relationships and develop new accounts to increase revenue within identified strategic markets.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Establish and implement strategies to meet Nova Steel's and customer targets in the short and long term, exceeding or meeting year-over-year growth and profitability while maintaining a stable account base.
- Identify market trends and adjust business plans to exceed sales targets while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Negotiate prices for short and long-term supply agreements consistent with corporate objectives.
This role requires proven experience engaging business leaders and influencing senior executives. The successful candidate will also support the development of quarterly forecasts, annual marketing, and sales budgets, and 3-5 year plans.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years outside sales and new business development experience in flat-rolled steel or steel service industry.
- Advanced selling skills, including qualifying prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, consultative selling, negotiation, and contracts.
You should also be highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirited. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Nova's CRM Systems is required.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum-
