**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Productivity Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating technical projects according to our Project Management standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute plans for complex internal projects to drive business process improvements.
  • Develop clear business cases and prioritize continuous improvement work in service operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across functions to scope, secure resources, collect data, and verify root cause.
  • Secure robust control plans with clear metrics, training, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead and manage Lean and Six Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements.
  • Integrate Lean and Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations.
  • Calculate and document realized gains, productivity impact, and replication opportunities.
  • Identify and consolidate regional requirements to global solutions.
  • Manage regional and country-specific rollout and support.
  • Identify, manage, and leverage regional productivity improvement projects to achieve global targets.

**Special Performance Assurance Focus**

This role will have a partial focus on data mining, data analytics, and data visualizations. You will collect, supply, or generate data from reliable sources to enable business-wide dashboards. A keen focus on data quality and transforming raw data into actionable information is key to this role.

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of successful experience directly leading enterprise-wide transformation, re-engineering, or system implementation initiatives.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Formal Lean training with experience facilitating Value Stream Management, kaizen methods, and other key Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Qualification in Lean and/or Six Sigma.
  • Ability to own and drive lean and information systems projects and take ownership for related productivity.
  • A passion for key performance metrics, using them to communicate status and demonstrate improvements.
  • Team skills and ability to collaboratively work with peers across all levels of the business.
