About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Vendor Management team in Mexico. As a key member of our Books and Media category, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strategic partnerships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive category growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive inventory management, marketing, and merchandising initiatives
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, project or program management, or buying
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
