About the Role

The HR Partner will act as a strategic partner for assigned client groups, supporting the implementation of appropriate HR measures and ensuring the right application of HR standards, policies, and processes. This role will advise leadership and associates on HR-related matters.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide critical information to leaders to inform decisions related to people, structure, compensation, and performance.
  2. Support the assessment of future needs for people, resources, skills, and other essential factors.
  3. Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to address future needs and opportunities.
  4. Identify and address gaps or needs in climate or style to promote a positive work environment.
  5. Deliver employee relations, staffing, and organizational development services to an assigned site.
  6. Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement of qualified candidates.
  7. Assist with the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
  8. Conduct ongoing information and training sessions to develop employees and provide support and problem resolution.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  1. 3-5 years of related experience.
  2. Intermediate English level.
  3. Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related discipline preferred.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitation skills, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to facilitate discussions, decision-making, and alignment.
  6. Effective change management leadership skills.
  7. Skilled in project management and able to take moderately complex projects to completion.
  8. Skilled in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work.
