A Typical Day:
As a Revenue Growth Management Coordinator, you should be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Implementing RGM strategies and integrating them within the local organization Performing RGM analyses in collaboration with marketing, brand teams, commercial, BD, Finance, and CMI Merging internal and external, financial and non-financial data Managing average consumer pricing and Pack price architecture (Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management; Promotional strategies and ROI per brand, account, pack type; Retail selling narrative and trading terms management) Leading the execution of current RGM initiatives to achieve incremental revenue and Gross Profit Developing a deep understanding of retailer dynamics, value drivers, and consumer behavior Building a cohesive team focused on RGM priorities to enhance business growth and comprehend overall RGM methodologies Reinforcing RGM insights and initiatives within the organization, among peers, and to senior management Contributing to the development of RGM capabilities (e.g., sharing best practices)We Provide:
