About the Role

As an Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for a dedicated customer set in the small and medium-sized business (SMB) space. Your key objectives will include:

  • Generating demand and driving sales growth through effective enablement and sales cycle management.
  • Coordinating multiple sales projects simultaneously and ensuring delivery against key performance metrics.
  • Building strategic, long-term partnerships with customers through solution selling expertise and regular engagement.
  • Strengthening client relationships through face-to-face meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborating with our team of Core AEs, Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers to drive sales leads and opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales, preferably with a software or IT background.
  • Credibility at all levels and a strong ability to build relationships internally and with customers.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • A successful history of net direct new business sales and the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Salesforce.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Some travel required.
