We are seeking a skilled Technical IT Support Specialist to join our team at AB Agri. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a Windows 11 upgrade project, providing technical support and ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services.

About the Role

This is a contract-based position working 5 days a week from our head office in Lynchwood Business Park. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues related to Windows operating systems, installing and configuring desktops and laptops with Windows 11, and monitoring our ticketing system to resolve user incidents and requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows operating systems.
  • Install and configure desktops and laptops with Windows 11.
  • Monitor our ticketing system to resolve user incidents and requests.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure key administration activities associated with the project tasks are achieved and maintained.
  • Support the IT Service Delivery Manager and Project Lead where necessary.
