Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary with additional benefits including:
- Competitive base salary: $12.00 per hour based on 22.5 hours per week ($27.00 per week)
- Grocery tickets (12% of base salary) $1.44 per hour
- 30 days of Christmas bonus $3.60 per hour
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Associate - Part-Time Morning to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The ideal candidate should have:
- Availability to work 22.5 hours per week
- Advanced English skills
- 6 months of experience in customer service
- A willingness to learn and grow in the IT environment
The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, and reports. This includes troubleshooting steps, documenting detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests, and escalating issues to other support groups as needed.
