Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at FedEx Express Lac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide over-the-counter and phone support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with package tracing, FedEx products and services, and other related inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and files, including airway bills and customs documentation.
  • Ensure packages are properly labeled, wrapped, and prepared for shipment, adhering to FedEx's safety and security protocols.
  • Provide administrative support to the Station Ops Manager, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience in a service environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with assistance.
  • Fluency in local language and basic English language skills required.
