At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry with a people-first approach. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional client experience, and we need a talented Sales Manager to help us achieve it.
This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with current customers and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and meet origination, revenue, and service goals.
- Develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating internal efforts to meet their evolving needs.
- Introduce new products and services to existing clients to enhance profitability.
- Create strategic account plans, including consulting projects and business reviews.
- Promote best practices within the industry, demonstrating analytical skills and critical thinking.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. If you're willing to travel up to 25% of the time, are proficient in English, and have relevant business experience, we'd love to hear from you.
