**Job Description: Sales Executive**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales growth through the acquisition of new enterprise accounts and the development of long-term relationships with clients seeking consulting delivery services around Salesforce technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients through networking, industry events, and market research.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their Salesforce-related business challenges and articulate how our consulting services can effectively address their needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor on Salesforce solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy specifically targeting organizations in need of Salesforce consulting services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account selling, particularly focused on consulting services around Salesforce technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions, as well as the ability to articulate their benefits to clients.
