Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Territory Business Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion in new regions through the development and execution of go-to-market plans.
About the Team
The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services, responsible for driving revenue and growth from large and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. Our team works backwards from customer problems to build go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into businesses.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and execute go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth and expansion in new regions
- Bring market signals back to product teams to inform product roadmap decisions
- Leverage expertise to understand customer problems and develop solutions
- Support field teams in solution building and own reporting cadences to AWS executives
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Credibility as a technology advisor with a track record of success
- Negotiation skills for complex deals and experience working in a matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies
Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
