We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Mexico City. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • IDentifying new opportunities for our sales organization and qualifying them through lead generation and outbound campaigns
  • Developing strong sales and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of MongoDB's solutions
  • Building strong relationships with our marketing team and Account Executives to maximize win rates
  • Nurturing early-phase opportunities for future pipeline potential and exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and has outstanding communication skills in Spanish (native level) and English (fluent). If you're passionate about cutting-edge technology and have the ability to learn new and exciting products quickly, we'd love to hear from you

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training in MEDDIC and Command of the Message, as well as ongoing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success. We offer a competitive estimated salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including sales bootcamp, internal mentorship, and cross-departmental buddy program.
