We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring seamless delivery of FedEx services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement marketing and promotional programs, enhance sales strategies, and optimize operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market share
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity and account profile information to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with account executives to support lower volume accounts and drive business growth
  • Respond promptly to leads from Marketing, Customer Service, or Operations, providing feedback on results and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; commercial, industrial, or telephone sales experience essential
  • Knowledge of effective sales techniques, negotiation, and communication skills required
  • Clear and articulate speaking voice, ability to organize large amounts of information, and fluency in English necessary

What We Offer:
