Inside Sales and Commercial Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales and Commercial Development Representative to join our team at Alleima USA LLC in Tlalnepantla, Mexico.
As an Inside Sales and Commercial Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business relationships with customers. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries, developing offers, and entering orders in a timely manner.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset. You should be able to understand technical requirements and specifications of moderate complexity and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Coordinator, Sales Engineer, and Sales Manager to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and develop targeted solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and provide offers to customers based on product availability and market conditions.
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor order progress and notify customers of any changes or delays.
- Liaise with production units, supply chain groups, and QA teams to ensure that product and order requirements are met.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Collect and document competitor price and delivery information to inform sales strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development with proven success.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade, economics, or other relevant fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and specifications of moderate complexity.
