Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Tesla.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is entrepreneurial and can achieve results with minimal guidance. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing the sales footprint of our current and future products in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Growing the sales footprint of Model S, Model X, Model 3, Model Y, and launching the sales of future products.
  • Assisting with the organization and implementation of multiple sales events to support sales in the market.
  • Undertaking all possible efforts to achieve all metrics and goals presented by management.
  • Contributing at Test Drive and Test Drive Events with reservation holders and potential customers.
  • Maintaining expert-level knowledge of Tesla products and technologies, CRM Management, financing advise/solutions, and customer checkout.
  • Representing Tesla in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the company.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience within the Automotive, Luxury, Customer Service, or Retail industry.
  • Sales experience and customer-facing experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Fluency in English and local language required.
  • A valid driver's license is required, and availability to work during weekends is necessary.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
