About the Role

Our Advertising Sales team at Uber is seeking a strategic seller to be a founding member of our newly formed Advertising division. As an Enterprise Partner Manager, you will work closely with top restaurant brands in Mexico to drive Advertising campaigns execution and success across our Mobility and Delivery advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively supervise campaign performance to identify, communicate, and resolve issues
  • Join internal kick-off calls to understand campaign specifications and discuss complex executions
  • Coordinate the launch and management of campaigns, while proactively presenting updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders
  • Run regular campaign reporting cadence based on advertisers' needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients' marketing goals and challenges, and proactively recommend solutions that support them
  • Advise clients on how to adjust tactics based on marketing goals and performance trends
  • Uncover opportunities to drive better performance and increased investment by analyzing data and pitching these to the broader internal account team
  • Work closely with internal teams to produce customer deliverables
  • Bring analytical expertise to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners, as well as track the impact of initiatives against customers' goals
  • Be the voice of the customer and effectively communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams
  • Expand product adoption by clearly communicating the value of our newest products with a creative approach to differentiate our offerings
  • Drive initiatives to lead and build key play-booking initiatives across our Ads team to drive adoption for our restaurant partners at scale

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of consistent track record in Account Management, Operations, or Sales functions
  • Experience handling and analyzing digital ads campaigns for Enterprise level brands
  • Strong analytical approach, able to drill into complex problems and drive quick yet efficient solutions for partners
  • Ability to analyze, review results, and propose recommendations
  • SQL skills considered a plus
  • Strong communication skills (customer-facing experience)
  • Expert organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Bold self-starter who enjoys being challenged and continuous learning
  • Creative problem solver
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
