Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at De-Cix Management Gmbh. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new customer connections and upgrades with a focus on troubleshooting
- Support the Head of Customer Services in ensuring seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Provide timely and effective communication to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Work experience in customer service/support, preferably in the telco industry
- Strong technical knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, and Linux
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
