Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at De-Cix Management Gmbh. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new customer connections and upgrades with a focus on troubleshooting
  • Support the Head of Customer Services in ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Provide timely and effective communication to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Work experience in customer service/support, preferably in the telco industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, and Linux
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
