About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Galderma in Mexico City. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Alastin portfolio of products to healthcare professionals in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish and execute a local sales strategy to achieve divisional goals.
  • Implement and monitor plans to increase divisional efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on sales results and explain deviations to the Sales Manager.
  • Propose initiatives to the Sales Manager to improve sales results, as well as communicate financial and personnel requirements to achieve expected results.
  • Visit healthcare professionals to promote and sell Alastin products based on consumer needs and highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Process orders, manage pending orders to ensure a positive consumer experience.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients to understand their needs and potential.
  • Ensure existing clients attend Galderma's Medical Education Programs and understand and experience the complete portfolio of products.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a medical or biological field.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in high-specialty medical devices.
